The Unseen Documents: Ministerial Work

This document is discussed in Unseen, Unbroken, and comes from my work responding to a water-contamination crisis in Sadr City, Baghdad, Iraq. It is an official letter issued by the local council confirming the Ministry of Environment’s emergency distribution of purified drinking water across multiple sectors. I am sharing it here as part of the Unseen Documents series to provide readers with direct evidence of the work that took place behind the scenes and the community partnerships that made it possible.
