Communicate To Your Body
Have you thought of communicating with your body and talk about your weight loss needs? I have, and guess what? My body listened.
It's true I used the scale as the main communication device. I stepped on it many times feeling anxious, concerned, or even frustrated. But, towards the end of the journey, I was pleasantly surprised. I lost 10 bounds. Yay. Working on your body to lose weight can be a great motivator during this pandemic and stay-at-home orders. So, I am sharing with you my A, B, C plan. Ask your body if the plan is agreeable. Ask today.
A. Attack The Size of The Meal
- Cut your meal into half; eat one and save the other for later.
- Use a cup to measure the size of the meal; eat only one cup.
B. Be Strong and Weigh Yourself Daily
- Stay on top of your weight and take time step on the scale every day early in the morning and before you go to bed.
- Record the number and then evaluate the areas your diet that can be improved upon.
C. Commit to Exercise
- Place the sport's equipment near your working area and take advantage of your lunch break and your coffee break to exercise.
- Put your workout time on your phone to get reminders and adhere to them.
Treat your body as a partner on the weight loss journey. Listen to the needs and work on them. Adjust your dieting system as you go along this journey. It worked for me and I hope it will work for you.

I love this, and agree wholeheartedly. I was stuck at one weight, and it didn't really make sense. So I asked my body to let go and release so I could get to my goal. My body responded positively! It just didn't know what I wanted. Thank you!
Thank you so much🌷
